Airbase ft. Floria Ambra – Interfere (Kimito Lopez Remixes) [Intuition]

Feelin' lucky?
Well, recently Airbase released his follow-up to the ISOS’d Denial, vocalized by Floria Ambra…And well, it has received some interesting feedback from people ’round the web…But Interfere is not ready to go away just yet! Norwegian hot-shot Kimito Lopez has offered up a progressive take, and has submitted a remix that should be sure to please everyone…Because, he did include a dub for you vocal-shy jockies out there! Also, apparently he loves Ibiza. I suppose it was pertinent enough to point out in the form of a remix!
Onward and upward!

A plodding beat and a twinkle see us in, and shortly after we get a tinge of acid! Woo! You can hear some of the rhythms of the original as we progress and phrase, and the energy of the original is well-maintained despite this slightly laid-back effort. In drop the vocals which obliterate some layers and let the rebuild ensue. Floria’s vocals have a lounge style to them, which performs wonderfully with this take. The break has some very lovely pads…Lush and sunset-y! The build is cool and composed and coalesces in an atmosphere that certainly goes down smooth. Something to which you can wind down! Floria’s vocals have a lounge style to them which works wonderfully with this take. We get a second break before we head out into transition-land, but not before Kimito splashes in some exotic new sounds. This guy loves his soundcraftin’!

The dub…Well, it’s a dub! Cut Floria out of the picture and you get this, simple as that, down to the last second.
An awesome progressive take from Kimito Lopez! Grab a mojito, and set up on the deck. I like the vocal take, but I have my options, which is a definite plus! 9/10. Solid as always, Kimito!
