r-1175515-1198888122At the tender age of 18, Mike Mikhjian is already creating waves through the Progressive Trance world with his productions which have been featured on AVA, Alter Ego, Armada, Curvve, Neuroscience Recordings and many more! Having recently been featured on Tiesto’s “Club Life” show, his production ‘BayBreeze’ has been getting hammered constantly!

Mike’s very first Neuroscience Recordings release is entitled ‘Sui Generis’, will be available in Digital and CD formats and includes 3 tracks. The first offering is aptly titled ‘Sui Generis’ and sees a wonderfully electro-tranced up remix by Artificial Dreamer. The last and final song on this offering offers a more euphoric sound, and clearly stands out in this fantastic release.

Keep reading to find out exactly what Mike’s sound consists of, and find out why I absolutely fell in love with ‘Lost Thoughts’!

Our latest review comes courtesy of one of our newest favorite labels, Adam White’s “Emalodic”. Having originally seen a release in 2005 on Matt Darey’s very own imprint, ‘Ballerina’ left a lasting imprint on the Trance Music Scene. Revered by many as the song of the year, Adam took it upon himself to give it the 2007 Remake, and along with it solicited the help of Nat Monday, responsible for many of the releases on Perfecto, and System K, a relative new comer to the scene.

Adam’s remake certainly accomplishes its task, clearly being fine tuned for the Electro influenced Trance sound of 2007. Nat Monday’s remix is the stand out mix, balancing different elements perfectly while System K provides a much more unique twist to this already fantastic song.
